Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Automika service. By signing up or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Automika Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the business or individual using our service as a client.

2. What the service does

Automika provides a phone answering and booking service for businesses. This includes:

3. Eligibility and account setup

To use Automika, you must be a business or sole trader operating lawfully in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old.

During setup, you will need to provide us with accurate information about your business, including your business name, the services you offer, your service area, availability, booking rules and any special instructions for handling calls.

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your details change, please let us know promptly so we can continue to answer calls accurately on your behalf.

4. Pricing and payment

Our subscription plans start from £499 per month. The exact price for your plan will be confirmed before you start using the service.

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. No long-term contracts and cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time.

To cancel, email us at hello@automika.co.uk before your next billing date. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We may also cancel or suspend your account if you breach these terms (see section 11).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service.

Our service relies on third-party providers for telephony, AI voice technology, hosting, email and other infrastructure. We choose these providers carefully, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service where disruptions are caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including outages at third-party providers, network failures or force majeure events.

We take data protection seriously. Full details of how we collect, use and protect personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

In plain terms: when we handle calls and bookings on your behalf, we typically act as a data processor processing personal data on your instructions. You remain the data controller for your customers' personal data. We will only use that data to provide the service as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the service. This includes business information, call data, customer details and commercial terms.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Either party may end this agreement at any time by giving notice (see section 5 for cancellation details).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if:

On termination, we will stop answering calls on your behalf. Any outstanding fees remain payable. We will handle any remaining personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
