A full LED retrofit for a high-end engineering customer, bespoke pendant fittings in the corridors, RGB cove lighting in the customer reception, 600×600 panels through the training rooms.
The customer reception was the priority, it's the first room visiting engineers see when they walk in. We worked with their interior designer on the cove detail and supplied a fitting that would hold its colour rendering at any setting on the controller.
Each circuit closed with a Minor Works certificate. Any EICR remedials flagged on the existing installation were corrected in-build, not left for the facilities team to chase afterwards.
