Stage 01 · First fix

Plan the wiring around the build

Cable runs, back-boxes and circuits dropped in before the plaster, agreed with your builder, set out to the architect's drawings.

Stage 02 · Second fix & test

New board. Every circuit tested.

Modern consumer unit with RCBO protection on every circuit. Every accessory fitted. Full inspection before any of it goes live.

Stage 03 · Sign-off

EIC issued. Paperwork delivered.

Electrical Installation Certificate, Part P notification, test schedules saved to your project file. One PDF, end of job.

Most weeks the team will do as many fuse board swaps and EICRs as full rewires. Single-day jobs, signed off the same day, paperwork sent over the next morning.
