The workshops at Elstree never really stop, so the brief was straightforward, get the electrics where they need to be without making the rest of the building stand still. Containment first, then circuits in stages, with every isolation pre-agreed with the facilities team.
Every new circuit was inspected and certified at completion. An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) was issued covering the retained existing circuits we'd worked alongside, with a short schedule of recommended remedials handed over to the facilities team for their next cycle.
