The homeowner didn't want two electricians, one for the rewire, another for the extension. We took on both, working to the builder's programme so the first fix in the new build went in at the same time as the chase work in the existing house. One quote, one paperwork trail at the end.

The feature wall along the main living space was always going to be the room's anchor. Standard back-boxes would have ruined the run of slats. We routed individual back-boxes between the slat lines so the sockets sit flush with the timber, almost invisible until you look for them.

Every circuit inspected and certified. Single Electrical Installation Certificate covering the whole works. Part P notification handled directly with Building Control so the homeowner had one less thing to chase. Test certs and as-installed schedules delivered as a single PDF file for the property's records.
