My recommendation

Start with Option 1.

Option 1 is the lowest-risk direction because it speaks to the homeowners who make up most extension, loft and renovation enquiries. It leads with clear stages, real reviews and one point of contact, Yilmaz, rather than jargon, which is what makes a first-time client feel safe enough to get in touch.

  • Option 2 is the upside route if OnPoint wants to pull in higher-value, design-led projects.
