Sketch designs show the plans and the internal and external appearance through CAD, hand sketches and 3D visualisations. This is where your ideas take shape.
We consult the local planning authority on the developing design and produce detailed drawings suitable for a planning application. Major decisions about appearance are taken here, with your approval.
Once you are happy with the developed design, we prepare and submit your planning application, and argue the case for it where needed.
