How it works

Film. Edit. Write. Post.

I film at your place every month. Every week I send you next week's posts to approve. Nothing goes out until you say yes.

Once, then every month

Your first month gets everything set up. Your first posts go out in week two.

Your first month once

The free social check: I look at your pages and give you three practical fixes.

    A short chat.

    Your time 15 minutes

A set-up chat about your place, your customers and what to film first.

Tell me what matters to you.

A few taps, with my help.

    Your time 5 minutes

  4. End of week one

    The first filming visit.

    Carry on working.

Your time none, unless you'd like to be in it

Tap approve or tell me what to change.

    Your time about 10 minutes

  6. End of month one

A one-page summary and a short chat about what to film next month.

    Read it over a coffee.

    Your time 15 minutes

From month two it repeats every month.

  1. Film

I film at your place early each month, at a quiet time you choose. On plans with two visits I come early and mid-month.

  2. Approve

Every Thursday I send next week's posts to your phone in one message. Tap approve or tell me what to change. If I haven't heard back, I send a reminder the next day. Nothing posts without a yes.

  3. Post

Approved posts go out on the days we planned.

  4. Summary

At the end of each month you get a one-page summary of what went out.

About ten minutes a week to approve. About half an hour a month in all.

Before the first visit

I'll ask for a few things in the set-up chat. Nothing technical.

  • Two or three quiet times that suit you for filming
  • Anything coming up: new dishes, events, opening hours, offers
  • Anything you'd rather I didn't show
  • Who on your team is happy to be filmed and who isn't

On filming day

I bring a phone, a small light and a tripod. I keep out of the way and ask anyone before I film them. Carry on working. Join in only if you want to.

End of every month

A one-page summary in plain words

No dashboards and no jargon. What went out, what people responded to and what we'll film next. Read it in five minutes.
