What the words mean
- Post
- A photo, a set of photos or a short video on your feed, with a caption written for you.
- Short video
- A vertical clip of up to about 30 seconds, edited for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Story
- A quick update that disappears after a day: today's bake, a new board, the doors opening.
- Filming visit
- Time I spend at your place with a phone and a small light, at a quiet time you choose.
- Weekly message
- Every week, next week's posts arrive on your phone in one message to approve.
- Replies
- I answer comments in your voice on weekdays. Anything that needs you, I pass straight on.

Founding clients: the first five businesses keep the launch price for 12 months.
Your first month gets everything set up. Your first posts go out in week two.

What happens on the free social check?
Free, 15 minutes. I look at your pages first and give you three practical fixes, whether or not we work together. 15 minutes, by phone or video.
When do you come to film?
I film at your place early each month, at a quiet time you choose. On plans with two visits I come early and mid-month. Essentials is about 2 hours, Growth about half a day and Presence two visits of about 3 hours each.
Do you cover my area?
I film in person, within about 30 minutes of my town. Tell me your town when you get in touch and I'll say straight away if I can reach you.
What if I don't like a post?
Nothing goes out until you approve it. One round of changes on each weekly batch. Fixing a typo or a price never counts.
Do you need my passwords?
No. No passwords shared. You add me to your pages and can remove me any time. It works through Meta Business Suite and TikTok's own team settings.
Will you film my customers?
Only people who say yes first. I work around your customers, not through them. I never post anyone who hasn't agreed.
Why publish prices?
So you can decide if it's worth a chat before we have one. If VAT applies it is shown on your proposal.
When will I see a difference?
Your pages will look alive from the first month. How that turns into visits and bookings depends on your place, your offer and the season, so I won't promise numbers. Give it three months, then we'll look at what's working together.
Do you run paid ads?
No. This is organic social media: content on your own pages. If you want ads later, I'll point you to someone who does them well.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Most of what I film is the place, the food and hands at work. If you'd like to appear, we'll take it slowly and you'll see every clip before anyone else does.
