A dated 1950s property transformed into a contemporary family home with a strong architectural presence, a sympathetic front extension retaining traditional character, and a modern rear extension maximising internal space and light.
The design replaces the flat 1950s façade with a gabled two-storey form, introducing a refined material palette of brick and timber in carefully selected contrasting tones. To the rear, a large open-plan kitchen and dining space opens to the garden through full-width glazing, while a significant roof lift creates a self-contained loft studio above.
The drawings and visualisations below are presented as designed.
