A dated 1950s property re-imagined as a contemporary family home with a strong architectural presence, a sympathetic front extension keeping a traditional character to the street, and a modern rear extension maximising internal space and light.
The design replaces the flat 1950s façade with a gabled two-storey form, in a refined material palette of brick and timber chosen to complement the original structure. Inside, a full reconfiguration introduces a large open-plan kitchen and dining area to the rear, a dedicated boot room and a secondary access point, with en-suite bedrooms and a master suite above. A roof lift creates a self-contained loft studio to future-proof the home.
