A family home in the Norfolk countryside, reimagined and extended. The design elevates the character of the existing 1930s cottage with a double-storey front extension, a grand entrance lobby and double-height front room behind a bold yet sympathetic new façade.
The existing garage and outbuildings make way for a contemporary new garage structure, seamlessly linking the main dwelling to a dedicated leisure wing, games room, gym and swimming pool. The architectural approach creates a calm, spa-like environment, with expansive glazing offering dual-aspect views across the surrounding landscape.
The scheme is shown as it was designed and presented, 3D visualisations of the proposal and the massing study that explains it against the existing house.
