Supersonic Badminton is a London badminton club and coaching business, with sessions in Hendon and Wembley Park. It is growing, and the admin that comes with growth (who is coming, to which session, at which venue, and whether they have paid) is the kind of thing that quietly eats a coach's week.
What we're building
- A website that explains the sessions plainly: where, when, for whom, at what level, and how to join.
- A session and booking flow so that a player or parent can go from finding a session to being booked on it without a back-and-forth.
- Digital infrastructure around enrolments: the records and processes that sit behind bookings, so the business knows who is enrolled where without chasing.
Why we're building it this way
Discovery comes before booking, so the website that explains a session plainly comes first, with the booking flow built into the site and its enrolment records rather than bolted on as a separate tool. It is a growing business, not a large one, so the infrastructure is sized to where it is now, with room to extend when extending is worth it.
What happens next
The website and booking flow launch, enrolments start running through them, and the business can see what is happening without asking. Results will be published here only when they are measured, time-bound and approved by the client.
